At Valley Christian Academy we are fortunate to have students from varied backgrounds. We appreciate the contribution International Students can bring to our school.

Valley Christian Academy offers ESL instruction to students if required. Students will be assessed in their English language skills upon arrival and a decision will be made following the assessment.

International students must meet the immigration and visa requirements of the Canadian Government. These requirements along with the various documents needed(and the locations from which they can be obtained) can be found by referring to the Canadian Government website: www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/index.asp

International Students may apply as a:

Full-time, long term International Student for a full school year.

Valley Christian Academy offers a fully integrated, Christian academic program (Kindergarten to Grade 8).

Enrollment Policy and Procedure for International Students

To apply for admission to Valley Christian Academy, International Students must submit the following:

1. Application form completed and signed by parent
2. Report Card of last grade attended translated into English
3. Enrollment Fee - $100.00
4. Signed statement of commitment.
5. Proof of legal status in Canada.

Curriculum fee $200.00

K5 program $3000 plus curriculum fee $100.00

Acceptance letters and visas

For VCA to issue a letter of acceptance, we must receive a completed application plus enrollment and tuition fees. The tuition fee is refunded if your application for a visa is rejected. We do not have any influence on how quickly your F-1 application is processed.

We can send our letter of acceptance as quickly as possible when we receive the
application and fees.
The Application process will be considered complete after and interview and payment
of tuition fees (either in full or by 10 post-dated cheques dated September 1 to June 1).
